I bring 17+ years of Consulting experience primarily in Banking & Financial services domain. Worked for Fortune 500 companies including General Electric, MicroSoft, UBS, Citibank and RBS.
I have lived and worked in several countries ie US, UK, Europe, China, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Change Management and Strategy are my area of practice and academic interest - leading and managing change, driving efficiency, effectiveness, risk reduction and building a culture of lean.
I have conducted lectures for B-School students and management professionals in area of change management in banking.
I am Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Certified Six Sigma (Green & Black belt) and Lean coach and Certified in Business Excellence (Columbia Business Scool)
Currently working as Regional Head of change at RBS HR (India & APAC).
