Gaurav aka GS, a compassionate supporter of Entrepreneurship and a University drop-out, started his professional journey at an early age of 12, and has lived in several Asian countries including Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, etc. while working for some of the best companies globally like Micron, Netcore, Tech Asia, ME Group, JP Morgan etc. prior to founding his venture, in Singapore in 2007, where he lived for over 5 years. Currently he is based in Mumbai, Bangkok and Manila. He is the Managing Partner of Instaura Consulting, which is a Start-up & SME Life Cycle Management and Investment Banking outfit, with presence in India, Thailand, Philippines and US. GS has, in the last 10 years mentored over 2500 Entrepreneurs including some of the best known Startups in India and has along with his team raised over a Billion dollars in funding for client companies. He is also a co-founder of several niche ventures like Mentorprise (Programs to Internalize Success), TAP (Ability Empowerment), IndiaSocial Fund (Social VC Fund), Meritocracy Ventures (US based VC), etc. He is a founding Member of the prestigious India Business Bridge (IBB), which is an Eco-Political platform in the CIA (China, India & ASEAN) Region. The other founders include H.E. MOM Luang Rajadarasri Jayankura - the Princess of Thailand, several Diplomats, and AseanAffairs – The only dedicated ASEAN Region Media house, etc. Self X Analysis, a revolutionary approach to Human Evolution is one of the first Innovations of GD Council of IBB, of which he is a member. He teaches “Internalization of Success” at various forums in Asia. He is also a board member of several niche Startups globally, which depend on him for 360 degree development. Along-side, GS is a mentor at NEN, NASSCOM, CIIE IIM A and works closely with them to promote & support Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development. He is an amazing orator and is regularly invited to speak at a wide array of conferences / events / workshops across Asia. On the personal side, GS is passionate about Cricket (DSC Sports Club), Table Tennis (2 times Champion for Bengal Club), Swimming (MGMO, Mumbai - under 19) and Gymnastics (Bronze Medlalist) which he played professionally during his college years, despite being physically challenged. It is his strong belief that “It is all in the MIND.” He also passionately and actively pursues Snooker, Writing Ghazals and Geo-Politics. Last and surely the most important, GS is extremely spiritually driven as a person and practices a deep spiritual routine every morning. He does so to maintain the Spiritual, Material and Intellectual balance, which he calls the “ZERO STATE, complete control over The Mind”.
