My real world experience commenced with a blackboard, a piece of chalk, a duster and room full of innocent faces when I stepped into a classroom as a Tutor. After 4 years, I carried that passion to grip an unsteady hand, to correct an error and to pat on the back, into the semi-glamorous world of Travel, Tourism and Aviation. During my 37 years in Travel I had developed a specialization in transforming company profiles from consolidation and retail travel management to corporate travel management. Some of the key elements that I've championed include introducing and evolving processes to manage change along with resource planning, expansion, goal setting and progress reviews to manage growth. My passion for development of human talent kept me closely involved in setting up HR processes and mentoring people to position them for leadership roles. In March 2016 I decided it was time now to broaden my spectrum beyond my team and share my learning with the entire youth to help everyone hone their skills and take their talent to the next level. Hence I stepped down as the COO of a travel management company to follow the voice of my heart. I offer to counsel students, jobseekers, people already working, in fact anyone, who wish to become employable, clear interviews, remain employable or enhance their employability skills in their present jobs or just improve their communication skills.
