Learning from failures is something that defines me the best. I care more about giving my best shot at anything rather caring about results. As with every failure, one gets new learning, which can prove important to you anytime. Having an enthusiastic view towards challenges is what drives me. With the due course of time, I have portrayed excellence in Academics, various co-curricular & extra-curricular activities and won accolades for it. I believe in learning from my past performance and develop ways to improve it, which I have even exemplified in all the tasks undertaken by me. I have a strong inclination towards learning new things and then experiment on it so as to enhance my knowledge. I am an avid writer and contribute in the one of the most prestigious newspaper in India, The Times of India newspaper as Freelance Content Writer, Journalist and Editorial Coordinator. Taking initiatives, accomplishing them by working in teams is my another skill. I always look forward to adding value to the ecosystem of places where I work. Being in various positions of responsibilities like Vice President & Marketing Head at College, Member of I Lead India Campaign, Member- Student Council at IIM-Rohtak and several others, nurtured my leadership skills and helped me to understand essentials of organization behavior. I even have an experience of leading teams at the national level for different events.Winning University elections and taking up various live projects at various junctures adds more to my management skills and interdisciplinary perspective. I am a person who believes that Management is everywhere and even minute things can teach you great lessons in management if you possess the vision and zeal towards it. Constructive creation through innovation makes me stand apart. I love listening to Music, travelling, reading and writing. I am also very socially active person and always look forward towards making new connections and interacting with new individuals.
