Practising Lawyer and part-time content writer. I am a recent law graduate, having obtained my undergraduate degree in B.A. LL.B. in 2010 from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and have been practicing since on the original side of District Courts and Tribunals and the Delhi High Court, and appellate jurisdiction matters in Delhi High Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Shimla High Court, Calcutta High Court and the Supreme Court. My accumulated experience as a practising lawyer encompasses primarily the following basic areas/subjects - law of writs, mercantile law, shipping and admiralty law, commercial arbitration, regular civil law issues, electricity law and intellectual property law. Aside from my primary occupation as a lawyer I also possess about 4 years experience as a part-time content-writer for online scholarly websites, catering to a wide range of academic and industrial clientele.
