Meera has significantly worked in the area of Learning and Development. Her roles and responsibilities have spanned from being Head of HR in multiple organizations to being a personal branding coach to delivering behavioral training programs for professionals and leaders. Having been an HR leader in multiple organizations, Meera has an innate understanding of the learning and development expectations at the corporate level and thereby has the ability to effectively deliver tailor-made programs apt for the organizational learning needs. She has excellent know-how of defining the Client Profiling, Psychometric Profiling of participants, Training needs analysis, Content development, customization of training programs according to learning needs, delivery, feedback, measuring ROI of training by creating handouts and worksheets, one to one feedback, coaching of participants and refresher sessions. Her expertise in the HR domain enables Meera to offer customized consultation in the areas of Competency Framework definition, performance management framework, Conceptualizing, designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, conducting effective Performance Dialogue with teams for Managers and achieving Work-Life Balance, amongst others. A certified Image Consultant, Meera offers effective one-on-one clinics to individuals and customized group workshops to help achieve a positive transformation in their appearance and thereby succeed in fulfilling their professional, personal, and social goals.
