Have moderated more than 2500 groups, workshops, personal interviews and conducted observations/ethnography across categories target audiences and stakeholders such as B2B (C suite, media, government, IT decision makers), B2C (General population, students, HNIetc) and self employed professionals or channel partners. In my last role as Director South Asia and core member of leadership team for Penn Schoen Berland, South Asia (A division of Genesis Burson-Marsteller) helped company to set up their South Asia office in India. Responsibilities included business development, thought leadership, training and development of the team, guiding cross country teams on projects with focus on South Asia and establish operational excellence for South Asia Office. Travelled to United States for Learning PSB proprietary tools and business model. Conceptualized key projects for Penn Schoen Berland which include - ‘Launch Poll- The PSB 50 : How Global Bizfluentials view the rise of the Indian MNC’, ( a poll amongst business elites including ITDMs) - The Budget 2011 and proprietary C-Cube . Television appearance as one of the three panelists for discussion on Budget 2011 survey results, a poll conducted by PSB amongst c-suite executives in India appreciated by peers and colleagues. Currently involved in mentoring start-up, budding professionals.
